Font help please.

cannot find this font anywhere. I found similar fonts but none have the pointy corners on the A-V- or N's.

You might have better luck finding the match for the Aveda salon font, since it looks either exact or extremely similar. This is what I found when using FontSquirrel to match the font, but it doesn't look like any of them are exact. Pretty close, though!

I'd say the A is modified, the rest could be
FuturaAgMiteOpti Regular
Carisma Gothic (Medium)
Semplicita Pro (Semibold)
All have the same pointed text.
