I got no matches in my database. Can you get an unPhotoshopped example?

I have some good news and some bad news ...

The font is named Hi-Tech condensed to about 90% of normal width. In my records I have it attributed to The Font Bureau. However, a search of the Font Bureau website does not show that font either by name or character set.

A Google search does not show the font by name and quickly runs into difficulty with the common use of the name Hi-Tech.

A comparison within my database of 30,000+ fonts does not produce a clone name.
