Is there a software package or a font package that those fonts may have come in.
Not trying to be cheap but if I am going to have to spend $80 I would like to get a little more for my money.

What you are dealing with is a font family (Ariston) that was pulled back from all licensing a few years ago and is only available from Berthold or authorized resellers like MyFonts.com under more restrictive terms than most manufacturers.
It comes in three weights. Some of the free sites are distributing unauthorized versions of the font but not all the weights. A quick Google search using Ariston as the keyword, turns up several sites.
