Looks to be one of any number of variations / distributions of Futura Bold Condensed.
Most notably Futuris X Condensed by Paratype® ... (lightly stretched).
Another option appears to be Chantilly-Serial-Heavy (regular bold)...squeezed a bit... by Softmaker®
...all skewed to desired degree...
