Font Help

Not sure on the two fonts. Any help is appreciated. Can't get close in Find My font

Try isolating the white font, render a jpeg then use "what the font" website. But it actually looks like the artist took two or more fonts and even modified them. If you need to cut vinyl. I was able to Rasterize it.
The LANE'S PART is Ever east Serif. Good luck.
