Can anyone ID this font? I should know it, but can't seem to find it.

I'm inclined to think it started as ZAPFINO......using various glyphs from a number of fonts within the family. The loop of the "g" would need be created using one of the "j"s. I'm certain that the rest of the characters can be found intact.

EDIT: The "g" is also there.
