Font ID help please

[Outlaw Graphics 92J]

Not the greatest pic, and even harder to make out since it was originally done in camo. But can anyone help me ID this font? I'm pretty sure both lines of text and the phone number are all the same font. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Thank you, that is extremely close, but the top of the capital "A", "N" and "M" have points to them and the original ones are flat on top.
