Thanks for the suggestions. They are all still quite a bit off unfortunately. It looks so familiar, maybe I had it confused with Sofachrome.

I wish I had saw this 2 hours ago. haha. I had a very hard time, but I managed to ID it and find the font myself. I was just coming back here to tell unclebun and Graphic Extremes that I found it and that it was Gemina, and to thank them for their suggestions. But thank you too Tiki, I appreciate it. I did manage to find a pretty nice font identifier that pointed me in the right direction. So I did learn something and found a useful tool for the future.
