Font ID Help Please

I need some help identifying the typeface shown in the attached JPEG image. The typefaces Victorian and Raphael are somewhat close, but still not correct. The frustrating thing is I know I've seen this typeface used a number of times previously. I just can't place the typeface name.

Brain-lock stinks.

Edit: Devinne Ornamental was in the right type family, but URW's DevinneD regular was the exact match.
