Font ID help

Hi Guys,

I'm having a hard time identifying this font. Font Squirrel's Matcherator, What The Font?!, and Identifont have been no help with this one.

No match nor anything remotely close here. I'd say it's not a font.

I have two clients who own different pizza places in neighboring towns that somehow both use this font. So I do believe it's a font. But, it ended up tracing just fine so I guess it doesn't really matter.
