I'm showing it as either Arrow Bold or Arrow Extra Bold. The font family was designed by Headliners and distributed through International Type Founders CD-ROM.
The bad news is that apparently Headliners and anyone selling the ITF CD are gone from the scene.

Similar to that but definitely not Optima, Omega, Optane, Zapf Humanist or any other clone of Optima. Compare as few characters and you will see I'm right. If I had to suggest a substitute for Arrow, then Optima would be high on the list.
