Hook on the 1, length of the cross on the "G", horizontal terminations on the 3, lowercase "r", lowercase "s" is where I was looking for reference points.
This is a carved sign we are recreating, and I get the feeling that the router who did it previously may have taken liberties in order to get the V-carve looking good... either that or it is a font.
