Need Help Font ID needed

Hello Signs 101,
I could use your help. A client is has a logo in a low quality .png file. See attached.
Trying to ID the font so we can recreate the logo in a high resolution format (vector) for other uses.

Actually, that's a good point about tracing.
Had to know the font in case we need to modify the brand name. No one had any records of what was used.
