Font ID Please ....Looks familiar

I'd appreciate it if anybody recognizes this font.
Can't seem to find it.

ROYAL looks like it started out as Optima, and the text below looks like it started out as Papyrus.

The text below didn't just start as Papyrus, it is Papyrus LET -- the Letraset version, not the version that we're used to seeing bundled with every second thing.

<edit> and the OYAL very closely match a stretched Papyrus LET and would be almost a perfect match after some fattening up and smoothing.

I'm guessing the "Royal" letters are custom drawn, but they appear inspired a bit by ITC Highlander.
