I've seen that logo (house & swoosh) before. It was on my neighbors biz card. When he came in to inquire about signs I decided to break to rules and I vectorized it and did a trailer design. Then he tells me that it was a stock logo from someplace and didn't want to use it on any signs. I told him I could make him his own, but he never came back.
Oh well, I shouldn't have done it anyway.
