Not optima, the tops/bottoms of Optima are concave. Do you have more letters to show?

Whatever the original is, it appears to be a severe bastardization. If you want to recreate what you have, PEIGNOT LT ST BOLD or CASTLE T BOLD would be very close. Note the difference between the apex and vertex of the N.
