Font ID Request - Odd Stencil Typeface

I'm trying to ID the typeface used in some customer provided artwork but not really getting anywhere. The lettering has a stencil look to it. I have a sneaking feeling the stencil cuts were added and not part of the actual typeface. The typeface may have also been distorted out of its normal proportions. I tried uploading samples to MyFonts' What The Font utility and didn't get back any useful results. I attached an image of the original stencil lettering and another image with the stencil gaps filled.

Well that explains why What the Font turned up no results. I scanned through all of the stencil fonts at DaFont too. Didn't figure it being available at Google Fonts's site.
