Any ideas on the font? Just my luck they want more copy then just digitizing the copy that's there.

Wow that's it, but boy do I feel somewhat sheepish.

Strangest thing, I used to think that it was on my Win systems, but I can't find that one on there (atleast I don't feel somewhat as bad, since it truly isn't on my system).
