The secondary copy looks to be Gotham Medium

No exact match for the CPA portion ...although, I do come up with the following if each character is individually I.D.'d...

c = Monitor Pro (black)
p = Beval (bold) ...stretched a bit and the outside bottom of the bowl straightened
A = Parisine Plus Std Sombre
