Font ID

I do a lot of replacement work for a fleet repair company next door, and I usually have decent luck matching up fonts. If I can't ID one sometimes I'll just re-create the specific word needed by hand in Illustrator, but I don't have the luxury of time today.

Any help with IDing the following fonts (both) would be greatly appreciated:

It's pretty similar to Rage Italic, but the lower case t's in Rage have a longer stroke on the opposite side of the cross. Anyway, this should be close enough for me to modify for a match, thanks!!

Any ideas on the other font?

Just wanted to ask again real quick if anyone has any idea what the font for the word "Joesph's" is on my photo above. I had no luck finding a match in my fonts.
