I ran your sample through my database and came up empty. It does not look at all familiar to me either.

I decided it was time to go full time with my own business; which also means all I do is work, and work and work and then sleep a little.

Times New Roman....With some of the serifs cut off and some node editing to the remaining serifs of the S.
