You may have a problem with this one.
My database matches it to a font named Bubbalove-Bold and credits it to both the T-26 foundry and the Agfa Creative Alliance which is part of Fonts.com. The font, however, does not appear on either foundry's website.
I would suggest going to t26.com and contacting them about the status of the font.
