Good day all! Need some help identifying the fonts in the attached image.....especially the header font......please help

Arial Sucks.
Technical is a knock-off of Tekton. It's one of quite a few copy-cat fonts bundled in CorelDRAW. The Tekton family has more weights and widths, which kind of looks like what was used on that business card.

Oh yeah, the combination of Cottonwood and Tekton is indeed pretty terrible. It makes about as much sense as pouring soy sauce on ice cream.
