Font identification, need help please

supplied in low-res by my customer, she asked me if I can re-type with proper fonts before printing the banner (all the layout is vector except this)... 'tried What's my font and 2 other similar places w/o any good results.

I know I probably have the femmes font but need help for the white letters.

White letters are Aller Light.
"femmes" is Lucida Calligraphy.
