Looks like Serif Gothic Heavy with the "E" either an alternate or from a different font.

The M is different too. The more important question is why would someone use that font for LUMBER? Is LUMBER an 80's cover band?

ITC Serif Gothic Heavy. All characters in the sample match Letraset® press-type and incorporates the only two alternate characters offered at the time (L and E). The M is not modified from that in Letraset®
