That could be a good place to start. Definitely thicken up that stroke and move from there. Would Live Trace be a possibility? Or do you need it to say something else?

Looks to be LAVANDERIA ...from the "Lost Type" collection with the terminals rounded. Seems to be gaining popularity lately.
