Fonts with Lakota language accents?

Hey all! We have an ADA engraving order for a Lakota business center that will need specific language accents. Many of them are identical to other accents that come with standard fonts like Helvetica, but there are a couple Lakota-specific accents that are not included.

I've attached an image to help illustrate. The big one it that tailed n (looks like an n with a y tail attached)

Does anyone know of any downloadable fonts that would have these accents?

Thank you for the suggestions! We ended up finding the accents in Microsoft Word and just exported the text file. (That software download for the international keyboard was a close second but the boss-man didn't want to mess with downloading a program.)
