We buy this Laser Engraver new to Trotec on May / 2014, we used normally for name tags and some wood engraving, the company is closing doors and we need to sell it, we used it not more than 1 time per week, maybe less. I was the only person in charge of this machine and is working in excellent condition with no issues at all. Here are some details of the laser engraver:
