Need Help Fotoba XLD170 WP - *Scanner not reading

We are having an issue with the cutter where the scanner isn't following the Vertical cut mark (Onxy Fotoba marks - Single Mark and even Double Vertical Mark)
Note it is reading and cutting the Horizontal marks perfectly; also note we are in the home decor segment so we print wallpaper on a Canon 1650.
Steps we do to scan the marks,
1. Scan Horizontal mark -} mark accepted
2. Scan Vertical mark Left green light turns on and beeps ( which indicates it has scanned the cut mark and accepted it )
3. Click Start -} begins to cut -} initially it cuts straight but then it starts to move and the alignment keeps moving
* Once the cutting begins the green light turns off.
* Print sizes tested on the cutter 52" x 30", 52" x 60", 52" x 120"
* Have tried offline and even when it is connected to the printer and feed directly into the cutter still same issue

PLEASE HELP !

How clean / crisp are your registration marks? I've had that problem before, and it was due to the reg mark bein' a little too fuzzy in places. Come to find out my print profile wasn't optimized. Recalibrating solved it. (hopefully it's an easy fix like that)
