The oldest and cheapest machine that makes sense to buy to be able to print CMYK +Wh +Varnish is Arizona 660GT.
If the Varnish is not important buy Arizona 550. This is just my opinion.

Aquity advance select / Arizona 460 is cheaper an does also has the option to print cmykwv. 480 has ccmmykwv. 660 / 550 is way more expensive due to second row of printheads.
