Full Color Drop Out.... Seen this before?

Hello all... Im new to the forum... technically. Has anyone seen this happen before or able to direct me to a previous discussion about this issue.

My cyan seems to completely drop out and I'm getting an overprint instead.
Machine is a Roland VG2 540
Per instruction outside the forum I was recommended to do the following (which I have already done).
- replaced the cap tops,
- replaced head
- cleaned the decoder strip (although i dont know how to tell if its clean or not)
- all the cleanings in between, etc.
and this is what I am getting from test print.

Looks to me like an electrical issue. take a look at the cables to the head, as well as the long cable to the main board. Might be a loose connection or they might need replacing.
