Gemini is usually my go to for dimensional lit letters - they have this style listed as "coming soon". Exhausting web search provides all out of country vendors.

Full lit (face and sides) seems to be the elusive aspect. Described as fabricated acrylic and/or milled acrylic depending on the country/vendor.
