Fuzzy Blue print

Test print shows fine.
But when I print all the colors are crisp and clear except for Blue, it has a fuzzy haze surrounding whatever it prints.
Did a cleaning with cleaning swabs and didn't make a difference. Now I'm running a super clean on it now but has anyone else run into this problem?
Would appreciate any help.

Dies the fuzziness change with different print quality settings? If yes, could be sign of dying head.

Also, is the fuzziness consistent in direction? Print a circle... Haze to left, right, all around?

It is on the left and right side. We just went through and did another cleaning and found some really fine hairs, we are going to try it again.. Will post what we find out.
