Fuzzy prints Mutoh 1204

I have had this problem for the last month or so. Tried multiple cleaning cycles, cleaned wiper and all around. Done everything I can think of except a head soak. The print has the fuzzies on the left side of the print but not the right. Must be doing it only when the head moves to the left?

does it not do it when printing unidirectional?

I'm using a downloaded Oracal 3651 profile. The picture is of a Quality1 Uni-directional print. When I just tested using a Quality 4 Bi-directional setting the print was much lighter.
