FX Wiring Harness Issue

Our wiring harness has worn plastic on wiring due to foil cartridge being inserted
and hitting it. I did not know it was an issue until I started having printing issues
Has anyone else seen this happen? It came and was set up by tech and
the zap strap was left on as shown in picture
