Gamma Print RIP - Grayed out Print button

Hello,
We are using Gamma Print 21.1.1.175. Printing to Epson S80600.
All has been fine, but we suddenly have a grayed out print button. All connections to the printer are normal/ good.
All of our standard trouble shooting has failed, and grayed out print button still present.
Anyone have this issue?
