Gandi JETI 3150 x2 INK LEVEL issue

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix the ink level status
on the monitor? My Magenta says empty but its not. Im running
a Gandi Jeti 3150 x2 and Fedora os with Gandi Software and the
software says the Magenta is empty. I tried unplugging the
cable to the Ink Resevior and plug it back in but that didnt help.
Im using Sericol Inks
If anyone has a solution I appreciate it.:banghead:

One more thing

The printer software is Jeti 4.2a and under Ink Control menu there is
Ink supply Levels and its one of the Magenta tanks that dosnt register. I fixed the other one I guess it was a connection issue. I've been pulling
the 4 pin connection off the tank and cleaning it hoping that would solve it. but nothing yet.
