Garage Doors with inset panels

Can anyone give me tips on how to install the big logo on the attachment. The glass panels are inset about an inch.

Do I just measure it and cut it into pieces and then puzzle it back together onsite? I think that wrapping around the metal will distort the lettering too much. But cutting it like I'm thinking will leave gaps on the metal.

Is this just a bad idea and I should just leave the garage door alone? Be nice is it was just a flat door...

to me it looks easiest to do it as one piece. stick the solid metal then center of the glass, cut along the supports and finish filling in the glass area. no vinyl on the inside of the supports

If it were me on the design is, Center it where it needs to be And tape it across the top.Pull it somewhat tight and tape the bottom. Now i would place a tape strip across the center in 2 spots top middle and lower middle ,From here you can now cut the vinyl where the edges of the metal and glass touch which would give you 4 cuts,The tape will hold it in perfect place and lay each section down and it will look just perfect If you understand my way i have done it many times.. And do the same for the lettering.Need any more help we can chat on the phone about it ,Just send me a PM.

When possible I supply my installer with pre-cut graphics. All he has to do is put them up in the right order. During on-site inspection, he supplies me with detailed measurements and then I set it up to scale and make the cuts outs in Flexi. A few seconds on Flexi vs 10-30 minutes on the job site. Just have remember to take out a 2in chunk or however wide the metal is, instead of making one slice.

Although, with it being inset only 1in, it wouldn't be that difficult to lay as one part.

bannertime is right. I use AI but we would build the frame in vector to actual scale and include those cuts in the vinyl. If you want since you know where the cuts will be you can also do the side bar pieces and include them separately.
