Hey guys I am trying to contour cut designs from my gerber edge with my gcc expert 24 LX. My version of Flexi is too old to support my LX so this is what im doing.
1. Design in AI
2. Export to GreatCut create contour line and registration marks.
3. import eps file to flexi set spot colors print to gerber edge with registration marks from greatcut.
4. go back to greatcut select output and "cut with aas"
but when I send it to the cutter nothing happens. It seems to get caught in the plot manager. Its listed as "Processing file to gcc expert 24 LX (1 of 1 0%)"
but if I select print instead of output in the greatcut or even illustrator it will goto the plotter and cut. problem is it doesn't use the eye so the cut is always off. I don't know why the output function in great cut doesn't work.
