GERBER CNC cutting consistently wrong

We have a GERBER DIMENSION 200 for the last 16 Years, a few days ago it started to route consistently off, at first we thought it was the vac bed not holding the material but screwed the 3mm ply we cut down so know it’s not moving.

Would it be the lead screws? Is it possible to get replacements or can they be turned around?

Or is there something else that could be wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

In what way is it cutting wrong? If you tell it to cut a 10"x10" square, does it come out consistently 10.5"x10.5"? Or is it one side only that is cutting wrong?

Hopefully the attached file can show whats going on, we have cut the same files for 15 years but not the outside line moves slightly half a mill but it means the we can not fold the wood to make a joint like we normaly do. The strange thing is if we keep cutting the file it keeps cutting the exact same place.

You should follow the rules and get a merchant membership if you're going to slang your goods!

Your router is not closing the shapes properly. Is this something that just started happening out of the blue? Have you moved the machine recently? I would start with calibrating your x and y motor encoders. There is a procedure for that on the gerber scientific page. Let me know if you can't find it. I have an extensive collection of gerber manuals.
