Gerber Edge rapid beep/blank screen

Well the Edge is being a pain again. I got my last issue corrected, I just had to reinstall the drivers. But now I have more problems. I turned it on the other day and the foil motor was running constantly. I unplugged it and let it sit and it was fine. Then it started doing a rapid beeping when I turned it on, but if I disconnected it from the computer and unplugged it it would be fine after that. Now today I tried to run a job through it and it printed one color then started the constant beeping and won't stop. The display is blank and it is a rapid beep, but the beep cuts in and out almost like the beeper is going bad (it may be, who knows). Does anyone have any ideas? I took the side panel off and I can't see any obvious loose connections.

I blew the inside out as suggested in some other posts, and it starting working again, but only for one job. So I took it back apart and found a loose bolt on the bottom board that held a ground strap. I tightened that up and it worked perfectly... for one more job. The rapid beeping started back up again, and I noticed that it seemed to start and stop when I unplugged the usb data cable and plugged it back in. As long as it was hooked to my computer, it didn't beep. But if anything was disconnected from the computer, even the plotter hooked to the com port in the back, it would lock up and start beeping again. So I feel like it is a data issue of some sort, but I have no idea how to fix it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, I have jobs backed up and this is about to drive me crazy!
