I was given this plotter. When I start the machine, with media in place, I get the message "no stocker"
Anyone have any idea what this means? Perhaps it needs professional help. If anyone in eastern North Carolina does repairs, please let me know.

Did it come with the carousel that fits into the round hole to the far left? I f not, then that is the problem. It is searching for the blade/pen carousel and if it is not there or not in palce properly then you will get that error.
