Hello, this is my first tech support post. Thank you for indulging me 
I purchased my plotter used last month. It worked well for a few weeks. Now, it won't cycle up and home up to prepare for the job it is being fed. It powers up and just sits there. The display is all "Blocks" no numbers or letters, therefore, no error codes. The motor is noisy, but does come on. Any ideas?
I contacted Gerber, they replied to my email, but haven't called at this point. This really cramps me up! I purchased this after my original plotter was struck by lightning. The insurance company only covered enough for a used one. So, here I sit.
