Gerber Fast track 650

I have a fasttrack 650 which isn't working and have decided to have a look at it, on the Hitron HV121604-C some of the resistors have burnt and one of the diodes had a dead short it looks like water ingress had caused the problem, I have access to all resisitor and the diode and can change them the only problem I have is that one of the resistors is so badly burnt that I cannnot tell the colors, can anyone tell me what the resistor labelled on the PCB board as R12 is (on the High Voltage side) or preferably the colors, is there a wiring diagram anywhere online that can be viewed.
Any help would be appreciated
