I have 2 Gerber Fastrack 650's. The first one turns on but won't initialize to its start position. The second one works perfectly sometimes and other times when I turn it on all the lights on the panel just flash and it won't do anything. It seems to do it at random times. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on with either. I am willing to use the first one for parts to fix the second one if thats possible.

Sounds like an issue with a PC board. You could try opening it up and blowing it out with some canned air. Checking ribbon connections.
