Suggestions Gerber FX chirping

My FX has developed an intermittent chirping sound from the rear right hand side while printing. Color cart. Is fine , vinyl has no drag ,prints fine - belts all look good , no buildup of gum or “ hanging Chad “ debris I can see .......
Anyone have an idea what’s going on ?

Yes so far so good - just chirps like something’s binding randomly
Tried diff caddy foil vinyl file .... still does it randomly
Just don’t want a major Future meltdown

OK. Have you lubricated the Edge lately? Gerber has a document on how to properly lubricate the Z axis screw, which this likely is. It's kind of a PITA to get to, but I think it should help you. I think you'll have to create an account to get there, but here's the link to the document.
