Need Help Gerber FX eRROR

I have Gerber FX Printer 2 years old and a Fatal Error 14 came up, Gerber tech stated to replace RFID READER, I replaced this yesterday, now Error 130 displays.Gerber tech is now stating I need new UPPER chassis/cable to resolve this issue has anyone encountered this error, and will this new part fix/resolve this issue?? HELP PLS desperate to fix this machine!
