Need Help Gerber GS15 plus not starting up

I have a Gerber GS15 plus, which all of a sudden won't turn on. I have checked the fuses. The machine has 3 glass fuses, i checked them all and they seem ok. Is there a procedure to check the power supply to see if this one is broken? All ideas are welcome of how to diagnose the machine.
The machine does absolutely nothing when you turn on the switch.

I have rechecked the fuses and the first fuse next to the wire connector seems blown, i checked it with the multimeter and it does not make contact, i will order new fuses today, hopefully receive them tomorrow.
