we print 360 4 pass uni directional one print it works fine ( update your firm ware to rev 3 they made a new setting on the printer control Panel called "large field" Gerber all so replaced 5 of my 6 circuit Boards they told me the silicon was bad when thay made the boards.....The new Large field setting over sprays the ink so it covers the lawn mower lines o-ya use spot colors and your profiles you will be amazed at the difference Thanks Dennis
