Gerber Odyssey...Pinchwheel Error

Late last night I was doing a pen plot on some paper. Somehow near the end of the plot the paper bunched up and knocked a sensor underneath the carriage. I didn't realize it and shut the machine down and started up. I took the carriage apart and inserted the sensor, however now it's giving me an "Error 43: Pinchwheel not found". Unfortunately I have a few jobs lined up with this thing. I'm looking at other plotters, but I have worked lined up for this thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I looked all over the web.. no avail. Is there a tech number I can call?
